Bisk is currently seeking an Enrollment Services Manager in Orlando, FL!
You will lead a team of passionate enrollment professionals that connect with prospective students and motivate them to return to school and realize their goals. You will use performance indicators that optimize the student experience in the key areas of enrollment, retention, and student success to drive results. Enrollment reports will help you identify bottlenecks in the enrollment funnel so that you can present data-driven solutions to overcome pain points. Daily duties include measuring and monitoring representative and student interactions, evaluating and coaching representative performance, and reviewing enrollment reports. Leading by example is a requirement. Being a role model by narrowing the say-do gap will be accomplished by routinely participating in student interactions and working with enrollment representatives to develop solutions that remove student barriers that keep them from pursuing an education.
COMMUNICATION. You will coach and develop representatives to help enhance student interactions to build stronger relationships, influence them to return to school and overcome student barriers to academic success
ENTHUSIASM. You will lead with passion and motivate team members to celebrate successes and help keep them confident and student-focused
AUDIT. You will review performance indicators to monitor progress, and targeted results you wish to attain
COLLABORATE. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate new ideas that will drive results
EVALUATE. You will review team members on their work results and student-focused behaviors
Who You Are:
Minimum 2 years of experience leading teams
Professionalism, self-motivation and dedication
Strong emotional intelligence, self-awareness and relationship management
Excellent organizational and follow through skills
Bachelor’s Degree (BA/BS) preferred
